Here’s a quick summary of how our products will find their way to your door:

UK Mainland

UK Mainland ( England, Scotland, and Wales) and Northern Ireland

• Order (3 items or less) £3.95 sent via Hermes 

• Orders (4 or more items) £5.95 (Sent on a premium DPD service) 

• Order over £200 Free Delivery sent via DPD

Personalised Orders  

All personalised items have a delivery charge. The standard charge is £3 per item, however for items going to the same postal address, ordered at the same time, the following handling charges will apply:

 

2 items £3.95

3-4 items £6

5-6 items £9

International

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Returns

Unfortunately due to the nature of cosmetics we cannot accept returns on the majority of products for hygienic reasons. However, should you receive a product that you think is damaged, faulty or leaking, please email Petals Beauty within 24 hours of noticing the issue.

Please note, all Petals Beauty products are given 12 months warranty from the date of original invoice. Faulty items older than 6 weeks but within the 12 month guarantee will be replaced and not refunded. A refund will only be given if the product is no longer available.
